So, I drop Audi UK a quick email asking how I complain about the paint on my A3. Guy calls me up today and says "take it to a dealer". Then, when he finds out that it's a lease car, he says "Take it to HSBC"!!!!
So, it's off to a dealer for a paint inspection, and I have no doubt that they will say "You should clean any contaminents off within 1/2 hour" - thing is if I had enough money to not be working and therefore able to check my car every 20 minutes, you can be damn sure I wouldn't be driving an Audi anyway!
