Hesitation when revs hit 2800+ - A3/8P 170 Sportback 57 plate TDi Manual

Hey guys, I'd like a bit off info before I take my car to the garage. Just recently I have been having this problem where when I hit 2800+ revs under accelaration my car hesitates (badly). I have just had the injectors done under the recall and hoped it would cure it but it hasn't.. Sometimes it can be fine all day, then the next day its the same old problem..

Its got 50k on the clock

Any info would be good please..

Just a note to say thanks. Just done a fuel filter change and did the oil and filter too. Its spot on now..
