s3 heated seats not working

Hi,

I have 2008 S3 with standard heated seats. Neither side seem to warm up, could they burn out? I have checked the fuses and run a vag com scan but nothing. Is there a relay somewhere I can check with a multi meter?

Also I have checked under the seats - everything seems connected - again if there is anything I can check with a meter I'd appreciate it.

check with a test light to see if u have voltage and earth if yes i would say the elements have burnt out in seats common

If the element is burnt out can it be replaced? or do I have to buy a whole seat?

If I PM my VIN could someone get me a wiring diagram? Also where are the relays for the heated seat?
