Eml on

Basically driving to work this morning noticed my coolant temp gauge wasnt reading anything. Then took into the workshop at work and eml was on and fan going all the time. Which in vauxhalls is a whole thermostat assembly. Does my 2.0 tdi have a separate coolant temp sensor or is it part of the thermostat. If so where is it located an what colour connector is it?

There are two temp sensors. Do a search mate, its been covered a few times.

One in the rad by any chance?

Never needed to locate the one that is supposed to be on the front of the block.
