What cause my AIR BAG light on the dash? Will this part solve the problem? Please see

What the Fck? :)) What is the relationship between the glovebox & my airbag light? :)
 
Well the glovebox has a connector on the back of it which connects to the passenger side airbag, so if you leave it disconnected and switch on the ignition the light will come up on the dash and not disappear until you reset it with VCDS

also remember that there may not actually be a fault in the car... just that you left a connector disconnected and like an idiot turned on the ignition :)
 
Actually I never mess with the glovebox :) I'll check the wires there today and see if something wrong.
