hi, i have got a 2.0 tdi 140 sport on a 53 plate, i was just wondering if any of you fellow a3 lovers out there, could tell me,, when is it that the cam belt needs to be changed on her, shes done 83k i was unsure if its like out old golf where they have to be changed around the 100k mark, oh and what mark/phase is it, its the sharper one, looks similar to say a 55 plate. not the older rounder fronted one, lol

Handbook states 5 years or 75K, just had mine done at 5 years old. Sounds like yours is in need of some attention if its not been done before!
to be fair i think it has been done, i was just wondering what milage it was just incase it hasnt been done, ill check
