should i sell my 2.0tdi a3 sport back for the 2.0tfsi quattro?

hey guys I'm new to this site i have a 2004 a3 sport back 2.0 tdi it is very sick in the garage atm with a blown turbo and a list of other problems lets say a 2 grand bill coming my way I'm looking for advise on weather i should sell it for the 2.0 tfsi? i no i will be losing mpg's but I'm moving more local to work soon so won't be a problem just want some peoples advise :)
 
need a 5dr for the kid mate :L are the turbo's better? coz iv had my tdi 5 months and its blown the turbo and several other bits apparently not sure what yet but I'm sure i will be when i get the bill :L
 
yes mate, they don't do much to the gallon but they are a very very sweet engine, I've had diesels for the last 3/4 years and i'm loving going back to turbo petrol!
 
ye im not to worried about that will just make the miss's go on the bus more often ;) haha and ideal coz we really can't afford to buy into any more problems iv heard they are very good engines and the turbos are better but as you can imagine I'm a bit worried after this week :L
 
yeah mate totally, heard the engines are sweet so fingers crossed all should be ok, bear in mind you have the extra complication of a 4wd set up though so you may prefer the simplicity and less to go wrong of a 2wd?
 
ideal that sounds good and I'm not so worried about the 4x4 drive coz we probs remap it to 240 or summon so will probs be best of with 4x4 :)
