Yet another problem with the 1.9tdi HELP :(

Hey guys,
basically whenever the cars in neutral or stationary, it begins to shake quite alot, and I can hear a knocking noise as this happens. Its especially bad when the cars cold!
Can anyone shed some light on this please.

Someone told me it could be my dual mass flywheel?

Could be , I had one go before with the clutch down and in gear it was ratting and could feel it through pedal.
