Anyone got pics of their black editions lowered?

I'm considering getting mine lowered next year but not sure whether to just get springs or not. I understand the Black Editions are lowered about 15-20mm from standard already. Not to sure how 40/50mm springs will actually look like a decent drop or not.

cheers

Eibach Sportlines on 18" wheels. look great no probs what so ever and the ride is spot on...

Getting mine done tomorrow, Going for Spax 45mm drop springs, I was going to get the sportlines but thought I'd save my self some money as the spax are cheaper! But this afternoon I'll be getting quotes from body repair specialists after some c**k went wild on my bonnet and back quarter panel with keys! No doubts it gona cost £££'s!

Sorry to hear that mate, there are some messed up people out there.

Im swaying towards the Eibach Sportlines 50/40 after seeing that pic. Although I do like the choice of adapting the height with coilovers but the prices are a bit much :3sadwalk:

I live in Wrexham! Its that expensive because to get it done write they have to do the Bonnet, wing, passenger door and the back quarter panel, other wise you'll see the difference in shades even though its just the bonnet and back quarter panel that was done! I've only had it 3 weeks too, on a 12 plate :3sadwalk:

Yeh to blend it in, I would shop around before paying that though... I mean i could get you that done alot cheaper up here in Leeds where i take my stuff...

To give you an idea, i previously had a ford fiesta ST rep, and for the whole drivers side including door mouldings, back arch pulling out and front, rear bumpers spraying was £350.....

Fiesta - ice - tunnel... i was not a happy chappy after hitting the inside wall :(

i dont think the £550 is too bad of price. if you know their work and its good, its worth the money imo

I thought I'd go ahead and get them fitted, the scratches will have to wait! The car looks spot on now, lower but not quite as low as Robs! When I get time I'll get some piccies up! Although it said they're 45mm all round it looks slightly more lower on the front than the back now which I like!

what springs did you get lad? dont think mine looks low enough

Spax mate, the car feels alot more better now to drive, goes around corners like a go-kart  ! Think yours looks low enough to me! Think next year when I get a bit of spare cash I'll get a decent set of coilovers with adjustable damping!
