Help requried! How do I remove the air duct clamp?!

Hi,

My air duct is cracked and I have purchased a new one from TPS but I can't seem to remove the clamp holding it in place! It looks like one piece...please see picture below:

ot pliers
mole grips etc

squeeze them together mate! mole grips or pipe grips.
