Will the fog lights and fog grills from an 8p1 bumper fit a standard 8p2 bumper?? Thanks

I've tried searching and I know the actual fog lamps will fit but I can't find anything about the surrounds.

2 door,
Its for a facelift bumper conversion - 2003 split grill bumper to a 2006 single grill bumper
i know the fogs fit so surely the surrounds must do also??
