A secure height, i lowered my previous car 45mm with springs and used original dampers - 2years later i got major saaaaaaag

If that's all you want then you'll be fine with them.

After you have them fitted get your headlamps aim checked/reset.

Not many coilovers to choice from at that sort of price, although there's a few people on JOM coilovers which are a good price.

I'd say get JOMs over FK's but that's just me.
