Rs4 or Rs6 Grille?

I want to do the honeycomb mod to my S3 8P2.

I know that what is required is to take the original S3 grille, chop out the mesh then insert the chopped out mesh from the Rs grille but is there a how to guide on doing this anywhere?

Also I want the new grille to be just mesh - I.e. not have a plate holder. Does this mean I need to go with the Rs6 grille or is the plate holder on the Rs4 removable with mesh behind it?

8P2? RS3 grill is plug and play.
 
Sorry, my bad! I was thinking 8P2 = led facelift.
It's RS6 grill. I have the mod.
 
Lol no probs - Did you DIY it or get bodyshop to do it?
 
I got it already done by the original modder ^^
Didn't feel it and knew I would spoil two grills...
 
Haha lucky! I think trying to find an already modded one will be even harder than finding an Rs6 grille
 
I was indeed very lucky and didn't ask myself twice if I had to buy it.
In a way, it is simple to do, just take time.
