A3 without door warning lights pack, the cables are in there?

I have an A3 2010 without the "doors lights pack". I want to know if maybe the light's cables are in there, because i saw that the door have the red lenses and i thought that maybe i only need to add the bulbs and enable the function with VAG COM

What do you think?

as above, you will need to add the loom, light units (2 per door - 1 x white and 1 x red), and key into the correct pin at the door module 32 pin plug (Pin 18 IIRC Live and 19 is earth).
 
i saw that post but he dont even have the lenses, my car have it. And maybe wires too
 
They are just reflectors fitted there's nothing behind them.
