Look in the DIS.
that's where I can tell mine to unlock just the drivers door or to unlock all of them, ie press unlock button on fob and it unlocks all doors now, not just the drivers.
Probably depends on the year, early models I should think could be done via VCDS.

As said, if it can't be done in the DIS then it can be done in VCDS. Its called 'Selective Unlocking'
