Will these wheels fit?

Hi guys, I've been offered to buy some bbs rep wheels and I was just wondering if they would fit ok,

they are 18" 5x112, 8j front, 9j rear and has an offsets of et35 on the front and et40 rears.

basically will these fit okay?

Right I think I'm going to get these wheels, they got 225/35 and 215/35 Falken tires on which have done 100miles. The wheels themselves are near enough mint and she wants £625 for them.

is this price what they are worth? Oh and they are Dare Rs wheels

I've not heard good things about the dare rs reps, the quality not as good as the calibre reps apparently but decent tyres, set up and price so your call!

ohh really :/ well I'm going to get them I think....could always be used as my winter wheels haha.. Thanks for all the help guys!
