EML flashing but no codes

My engine management light sometimes flashes when i am slowing down from around 60mph.
I have had the car scanned but there are no fault codes stored. I have recently had fitted an EGT, MAF and Turbo Boost Pressure Sensor in the last few months.
It doesn't affect the cars performance and doesnt really bother me but I need to get it fixed just in case I sell the car.
Has anyone had this happen?

This is happening every morning on my way to work, strange.
Its not just when I'm slowing down - this morning I was traveling at 65mph for around 5 minutes and then took the car out of gear and into neutral. As my revs dropped the light started flashing again.
Could this be a problem with my turbo spooling down or maybe the actuator?
