S3 changes

Hi!
Well i decided that is time for some changes on my s3
and i would like to hear what you think :faint:

I'm after lightweight set of 17'' lightweight rims and 235/45/17 grip tyres
maybe even some semi slicks. I know the looks will be totally
different than the 19'' but performance is the main priority right now!
I think that 235 tyres looks perfect on lowered S3 and grip will increase a lil bit.
If you got any pics of S3 with 17's than upload them please,cuz it's really hard to find!
Car will also get some spacers for that little widened street look.

Next thing is H&R ARB's!
Are these worth to do or not and why?

Going a slightly different route here with 9x18 TD 1.2 rims and 245x40 R888s.

Why the 17s?

ARB upgrades are one of the best and simplest suspension mods for the S3.
Highly recommended.

They need to be lightweight! Any other suggestions?

Wow 245,that will be phat *** dude and the r888s are awesome!

Why 17s? Because roads where i live are awfull plus i really like that low stance

Yep wit no probs mate,winter setup is 17'' and fits with no problem!

theres some pretty nice lightweight for the jap scene like the "ultralight nurburgring and hikari"

check out some of the jdm stuff would be abit differant aswell

all these come in 17"'s

check out a site called www.funkypower.com some nice rims on there. all the wheels on the site are the same so just pick a car make and check out the alloys section !

I just decided that i need new clutch and flywheel,so ARBs will have to wait!
I'm buying LOBA TFSI KIT :drool:
