Light grey / blue tint of smoke coming from my exhaust why?:(

Okay so I have got a 140bhp a3 tdi it's done 50,000 I had it remapped last Christmas the last few days I've noticed a greyish blue smoke Comeing from the exhaust it doesn't do it if you sit still and rev it but does when you accelerate gently it lets a cloud out randomly it doesn't mater if it's hot or cold you can be driveing for 5 mins until it randomly does it or just taking off it just doesn't make sense can anyone help before I take it to Audi tomorrow thanks dan

I would not worry, ive had about 4 TDi cars which I had mapped and they all had the odd puff of that colour here and there.

Some diesels do it standard also

I've had It mapped a year now though and never noticed it until this week black smoke I understand with it mapped but it's just how it randomly does it and let's a good amount that when you look back in the mirror thes a cloud of it there I've also been to a vag specialist who's told me the turbo is leaking oil through into the exhaust ? Which is what is causin the smoke when it hits the inside of the exhaust

I get the odd puff of blue smoke on start up, clears away after a quick rev, and from time to time i get smoke clouds under acceleration too.

Light grey/blue would indicate burning oil rather than usual black diesel soot. Most likely from the turbo.

Even though it's only done 48000 I was expecting it to last a lot longer then that tbh I have had few Peaple that have this problem with there vauxhalls and they said valve stem seals is this a common fault on the Audi too ? Thanks dan
