Why would anyone remove the rings!!! may aswell remove the tyres too

Is it easy to do a de badge? I am considering doing mine

Cheers

easy took about 15 mins.

hot water to loozen the glue
fishing line to slide behinde them
soak a rag in glue remover
rub like crazy
job done

I've debade mine didn't use a fishing line used clothing thread lol

Just leave the chrome rings they're all that matters, unless you opt for gloss black rings ;-) but definitely loose model / engine badges.

As mine is a Black edition i've also swapped out the ali wing badges for black/red items.

No no DO NOT "RUB LIKE CRAZY" unless you're not bothered about micro-scratching. Lots of glue remover on residual glue adhering to bodywork, dab with rag until all glue removed leaving a soft smeary mess. Spray with WD40 and GENTLY wipe off, then apply wax and polish up.

i didn accually "rub like crazy" haha. i give it abit a rub with the glue remover. then polished it and waxed it. sorry for the false info there

WD40 is how I did it too. Works real good.
