Just after your opinions really.
I have a set of 19" bbs ck wheels in the bright silver finish which I love but I have Kerb rash on one of the wheels and small marks from running slight stretch on two other wheels. I don't think a mobile/smart repair place would get anywhere near the finish of the bbs so realistically think I would need to get the all refurbished or does anyone know of a smart repair service that is actually any good? I could realistically get away with having only one or two of the wheels refurbished then. The thing is I had my old a8 winters refurbed by "the wheel specialist" and the finish wasn't as great as the bbs so I'm stuck on what to do.
I might also think about swapping for some other 19" wheels as it's probably not worth spending say £300 on getting all wheels refurbed if I am going to swap. Also the onlywheels I'd be interested in swapping for woukd be something along the lines of Helios or bentleys or something else a bit special..........
I'm stuck on what to do! The other option is to px my wheels with some cheap 18's to run over winter until my dream wheels turn up?
Also (sorry for babbling!) what sort of money woukd be bbs ck.'s be worth? They have a decent set of falken fk452 215-35-19 tyres on so I was thinking say around £900 with no tyres or £1100 with tyres? Am I way off the mark?
