Urgent help required

As above, tonight I drove the car for the first time in the dark since having the car lowered 35mm and the lights are ****e (drove on main beam most of the way home). I have the adaptive zenons and foolishly thought that they would auto level. What do I need to do to lift them so I can see again. Thanks

I think its a VCDS job, but I'm not 100%

If they're like other manufactures you'll have to recalibrate the level sensors which will defintely be a VCDS job.
