How to remove Seat Belt adjustment trim ( B Pillar)

You need to pull the lower trim of on sb or rear door card on 3dr & undo/remove 2 bolts holding it on, its probably the locating lug mechanism thats come out of place & wont let it move freely, have patients with it as it can be tricky refitting & getting it positioned correctly, watch for any spring clips that may ping out or fall down the void.
