I matched the old HIGH beam wire to the Pin 8 ( according to the given elsawin scheme ) but it wont move the shutter coz I did not use the original ballasts..

So I have to know which pin will move the shutter.. I'll be heading to a long travel during the nigght, so I need my high beams desperately :s :)

I bought the converter from ebay but it wont be ready for tomorrow..

Any helps again, as always? :)

Did you previously have bi-xenons? if you didnt then you would need to wire in the shutters into your CE module and code the car to suit it.
If you did have it then it should just work.

Nope Ash, I did not have it before.

But the adaptors from Germany has just arrived. So I'm going to undo everything and just plug the plugs to each other. But just incase;

from the CE unit, which one will be re-wired and directed to the which one?

ThanksASH, you are the man, really ! :)

I just cant understand this at all, why would you goto all that trouble of facelifting, to then whack some cheap dirty adapter set in, surely with the work done already the guys doing the job could of rewired it all for you?
