MPG AUDI A3 1.6 FSI 2004

Im surprised with the mpg im getting with my audi a3, its done 78k but only getting 300 miles from a tank, mainly town driving, but not thrashing it :s i've worked out the mpg to around 27mpg
just wanted to know if there all like this?
 
should be getting a bit more than that. I have the same engine and average 32-35 around town. Has it been serviced recently?
 
Mine is reg 04 and same engine, I'm getting 43~47mpg, around 400 and something to a tank, 80/100 town driving...
Hope it helps, mine has FASH...
 
should be getting way more than that mate , round town i get about 35 ish but everyday i get around 45mpg and on a run can get an easy 55mpg and 500+ miles to a tank
