Hi guys, I wonder if any of you have ever removed a rear speed/abs sensor from an 8PA - 2007 2.0 TDi A3?
I have just tried removing my old one very carefully, yet it Still snapped off at the entrance to the sensor enclosure. How is it possible to remove them whole? I soaked it in WD-40 penetrating oil & left it for approx 60 mins. I have tried to remove the hub from the rear struts but am absolutely unable to budge the large spline/torx bolts at all. I was practically lifting the car! :weight_lift2:
Would the Stealers still undertake the job after my failure to do so?
I'm so fed up with my ****** car! The easiest jobs always turn into a ****** marathon when working on these very fragile & tempermental tractors!
Cheers for listening, any help would be grateful.
Cheers.
