Hi,

I picked up an '06 2.0 TFSI Quattro on Saturday but have just realised it has winter tyres on the front two wheels.

Do you reckon its worth swapping these over to the rear while it's allegedly summer? Or would you just leave them as they are?
I thought maybe it would be best saving them for when the real winter hits (I'm in the north of Scotland so it could well do!)

Cheers!

I would get them off asap. I had them all round on my car over the winter and they were excellent, however as soon as the weather improved the handling became scary - the car understeered with very little provocation.

they are designed for temps under 7deg, run them in summer and they will overheat and wear out fast
