Throttle problem

for a couple weeks now when i am in low gears mainly 2nd and 3rd when i put my foot down my car seems to jerk back nd forth as it the revs go up as well as my speed, its like losing power a suppose or jumpn its way their. Its not happening once the cars been running for 15mins+
i dont know what it is whether its the turbo or its losing air through a hose etc. Anybody got and suggestions on what it could be ? hope the turbos not on its way out coz thats not going to be a cheap fix.
