Just went to leave for work and on starting my Audi it started up but cut straight out any ideas what's gone wrong please ?

It's Audi a3 2.0 TDI 54 plate

Is there a flashing icon on the cluster when starting or ignition on?

Usually if it stops running few seconds after starting, this is the immo cutting in, ideally need to connect up & do some tests/logs.
