Suppose its about time i put one up, heres how i recieved the car

and now for how the car is

The latest changes are;

19" Scirocco Lugano alloys
Piano Surround mk2
RNS-E
MY11 Tail lights
OEM Numberplate LED's
Interior trim is going
away for refurbishment
A4 mirror Switch

Watch this space for the rest
of the changes, some of you know my plans for the car others will just have to
wait

now for the weekends work

All the pics from the first post haven't been inserted, and boy those seats were in a right state, well done for being patient!

the conversion took the best part of 6 months including the repair, at the time i was the first person to facelift the car encountering all the fitting differences waiting on parts from germany etc, happy with it overall ran the car for a good while now approaching 2 years almost no significant issues

They were recived from a breakers out a s4 coupe 4.2 beast not sure on what had happened to it but it wasnt in a good state, seats will clean up fine though, not my first time dabbling in this stuff

what do you plan to do with the A4 mirror switch? you could have just used the A3 one no?

nah im trying to keep the alu as a trim only to the interior, ie switches etc ive got a lot planned but as the car is my daily i can only sacrifice bits at a time once i lay down a deposit and move into a flat thats when the good stuff happens

a4 trim will be attached to the mirror switch once i take the door cards off probably next weekend as this im busy with 4 wheel alignment if i can get it booked

That was in a right state!

Awesome work Phil.

I remember reading up on your original thread on vagoc when you first did the work, that photo of the S3 parked up with the LEDs on is still planted in my mind.. Love it!

Haha there's more to come brother s3 will be getting taken off the road soon as I will be buying a daily as the road I'm heading it can't be used for the white commuter roads our way
