2.0 TDi 170 08 reg
The EGR cooler pipe, which is stainless steel, is in the way of one of the fixing bolts for the EGR valve. I have removed the 2 mounting bolts for the cooler pipe but it won't move away so I can't get to the small EGR fixing bolt. Anybody got past this problem? Advice really appreciated.
The pictures on the previous thread about cleaning the valve show a slightly different arrangement where the cooler pipe bolts on. Mine seems to be different and worse to get to the fixing screw.
