Passenger seat poblems

This 3 or 5 door?

There will be either a cable or metal bar connecting to the release mech on each slider rail, from the the handle.
Both need to release for the the seat to slide.

Depending if it feels like it's releasing but not sliding, or not even releasing, I'd like at runner obstructions, and the release mech first.
Could be a cable stretched, snapped, etc. Or a weld broke if it's a bar type mech
