I would like to drop my a3 but I don't want to scrub tyres ......
I have had lowered cars in the past and I was changing tyres all the time
Am I right in saying I can adjust the rear camber but not the front?
If so is there a suspension set up which allows for 4 wheel camber adjustment?
I'm running a 2.0 tdi s line 140 quattro by the way

Thanks Jack

All depends on how low you go, size/et/width of the wheels and tyres. You can get H&R adjustable top mounts for the fronts they are about £380 and allow 1.5-3.5 degree camber. What wheels you planning on putting on and how low do you want to go? N8 the guy when it comes to wheels/suspension lol i'm sure he will be along soon!

iv got 18 inch dare nk1s 8j im not sure of the offset

is it worth just going for aftermarket springs rather than coilovers if once they are set there gooing to need checked every time the ride height is adjusted?

how low do people go before tyre wear is a problem?

i dont want it to be bad because at a hundred quid a corner its not like you want to be changing them every 5 minutes

front camber won't be much when lowered. rear will be more but i guess you can adjust it more. mine is with kw v3 and whiteline anti lift kit (which adds a little negative camber) and the front is maxed at -1° while the back is at -1.5°. tyre wear doesn't seem to be an issue..
