Engine Error Codes...

Hi all, I've been suspecting a loss in power for awhile due to a fluttering noise from the stock diverter valve and only now got round to getting a vcds read out to look for errors.

These two errors have shown up and I'm wanting some advice really. Time to go for the forge dv? The coolant fan seems worrying too.
