Supply Issues with GY F1 Asy 2's So Pilot Sport 2, or 3's?

As you may have noticed you cant get hold of Goodyear F1 Ays 2's anywhere at the moment due to supply problems.

So I’m going on to my second choice of Pilot Sports. However should I go with 2's or 3's? It seems like 3's are a better fuel economy orientated tire rather than all out performance like the 2's?

I have had both on my 2.0t a3 quattro and the pilot sport 3's are better in my opinion.
However i now have uniroyal rainsport 2's fitted! better again in my opinion!

Uniroyal's have great grip but there is too much give in the sidewall in my opinion.
I have PS2's and will be sticking with them until I can't get them any more.
SC5's after that I think.
