Ive bought a set of Eibach sportlines for my standard 3dr sport. I have the standard early 17s.
All pics I can find of A3s lowered on Eibach sportlines are running 18s or 19s.

Does andone run them using 17s? please show me!

Cheers

i would like to see these too!

here is an S3 on the forum that has used standard sport 17s as winters
dont think he has it lowered it any more than standard S3 springs though

rom what are you lowered on? do you have any rubbing or scraping issues? problems going over speed bumps?
just wondering if i should do the lowering on mine before i fit alloys or after

Sportlines mate.

I have to slow down for speed bumps yeah. Got a little scrape last night, haven't checked, but sounded like bumper or undertray rather then tyre on archliner.
But other than that been OK so far. Never really have more than baba and 2 passengers.

Not been in one, but id imagine worse. Smaller profile tyres, means a harsher ride in general.

Am i right in thinking then that 18/19s will make the car better over bumps etc?

Errrr no. Lower profile tyres = harsher ride. unless you mean increase clearance over bumps, in which case yes (very slightly).
