I have finally got the error codes off my car, luckily I haven't had to use it much recently so its just sat there.
The two error codes I have are ( details as seen on here VAS 5051 Error Codes ):
4C66 - P3102 Motor fur Saugrohrklappe-V157 kein Signal
42B3 - Kühlerlüfteransteuerung 1 Kurzschluss nach Masse
Now from googling I have found out the following
4C66 = Engine Intake manifold-V157 is no signal wondering
42B3 = radiator fan control a short circuit to ground, liquid cooling failure, fan spins up
Obviously this is the handy work of some google translate, could anyone elaborate on whats wrong here? Im fairly confident in fixing broken parts on cars have changed timing belts/suspension and all sorts before, but when it comes to diagnosing the issue Im a little stuck so any help would be much appreciated
