Spigot ring advice needed!

Hi, I just purchased a set of BBS CH reps which I got tyres fitted and balanced today. Went for a test run and theres a horrible steering wheel wobble above 50-60mph, done a bit of research and turns out the inside diameter of the wheel is 66.6mm where as the hub is 57.1mm. Now from looking at spigot ring fitting guides is seems that in the wheel there needs to be a smaller diameter for the ring to sit against, as seen in this picture further in from the tapered edge:

The wheels I have don't have this, the 57.1mm diameter is the smallest diameter so would this not result in the spigot ring just falling through towards the centre cap and becoming useless? If so what can I do to solve the problem?
