Rusted rotors - looking for good guide

Hi lads,

My rotors got rusted after literally 5k. Very disappointed but I could have made sure they are looked after in the first place! Anyway I need to find fairly good guide how to bring them back to shine again, what kind of paint to use and what is the whole process. Just dont want to messed this up as the car is still new I have no place for any f*** ups:].

I know few of you have done it before so I kindly request any advise please.
