Will '07 3dr S3 springs + shocks fit '07 2.0TDI S-line Sportback?

Hi Guys as it says above, is this possible, I've got a mate with his old springs and shocks sat in his garage taking up space since he upgraded and has asked me if I want them?

I've looked and I think they are 10mm lower than my current S line suspension?

How much stiffer would they be and would it be much of a rougher ride?

I like the idea of keeping OEM stock on my car.
