Trade Value?

Does anyone know how you would find this? I am part ex'ing soon and want to know that what I am being offered is in the right ball park.

Its an 04 A3 2.0 tdi sport with 85k on the clock.

Not been given a price yet. How do they come up with the pricing?

OK, using CAP black book:

3dr Sport 140: Trade value (clean condition) £4700, average condition £4300
5dr Sport 140: Trade value (clean condition) £4850, average condition £4425
