Facelift radio enquiry!!

Ive sourced a double din cage and the new concert aswell as the fcelift double din.. My query is that can you replace the old buttons from the original double din cage and swap them for the facelift ones? And if so where do i get them?

I have a double din climate unit
a double din cage with radio
what else do i need??

you can do it as long as you get the correct generation no rewire is required

What do you mean by the correct generation? And my main issue is the facelift buttons, i've heard it's not a straight swap?
