what size spacers for the front ive put 12mm on rear and am running genuine speedlines et54 i think on 225 40 18 on ap coilovers nearly all the way down.

10 mm if you have negative camber at the front you can go even with 12 or 15mm!

As Wez says, it will rub from time to time, even with 10mm spacers. My 18's were ET44, which is the same as wheels with ET54 and a 10mm spacer and they sometimes would rub on the screw (situated at 12 o'clock) in the front wheel arch liner. Removing this screw (with the wheel off to gain access to it) would probably eradicate any chance of rubbing. xx
