Trying to transplant B8 A4 headlights into A3 headlight housing

Seems like the hlogens are a bit shorter too so I cannot fit the bulb housing inside.

If anyone have extra right one they can sell me cheap I would buy. But I am in US.

Not too sure about this... But isn't this going to make them illegal for road usage? Their current E mark wouldn't be valid?
 
A guy on VW Vortex has completed this mod on his Sportback. Finished product looks really good and 100x better than the OEM LED lights that come on the A3's.

I'll see if i can find the thread..

Holly shxx. That's nice. I have always fancy the A4 lights over the A3 once.

Is there anyone who would be able to source / resell modded sets? And just wondering if anyone with stock bixenons has attempted this mod? IMO, of all the headlight mods for the 8P, this blows every aftermarket option out of the water in terms of looks and functionality.
