When you wash your cars / fit new blades how do you lift the wipers as they foul against the trailing edge of the bonnet?
I saw there is a maintenance position in the DIS menu but it's a phaf to trigger.
No problem, ignition on, jump out, reach in, ignition off, remove key and press the wiper stalk as you would for a single sweep.
Hey presto wipers nudge up the screen allowing you to hinge them off the screen like older cars.
To reset them back flush turn ignition on and flick the stalk once more and they return.
It does this on my parents Touran and I also did it by accident in my old V50.
