Shark stage 1 S3 boost, RPM, questions!

    Hi all
One thing I am missing on my S3 is a gauge pod like I had in my Subaru. Them Defi Link BF gauges are awesome.
    Anyway, I digress..............
At what revs does the boost start on an S3? What revs does the turbo start to spool?
Now I'm on stage 1 map from Shark, what level of boost is that likely to be? I am not looking to increase it, just wanna know.
Is the boost gear dependant? On my Subaru the boost was mapped lower on like 1st gear for the obvious reasons, to preserve my neck muscles! LOL
When you folks have fitted a CAI, have you had to have the maps adjusted to take this into account? One thing on the Subaru's was they do not like CAI where you then do nothing to the mapping after fitment.
I have this 'in built' paranoia about ensuring air/fuel are gonna be ok as I can really do without a high rev run on lean mode!
    Regards,
    Rich.
