Whilst lovingly cleaning the car at the weekend I notice underneath the car (approx under the drivers seat) there is some kind of radiator... does anyone know what's it there for??

Dave, think he means no. 5 on your link.
It seems to be a swirl box, making the incoming air do a 'loop the loop' for some reason ?.

Yerh I was talking about number 5! Just seems strange that it's empty (i thought).
Will try ETKA again... I'm sure my screen res is running at about that (either that or more).

I believe it's always preferable for an airbox to receive 'still air',as much as possible,so they presumably want to slow it down before it gets there.
