Rattling passenger head rest?

The front passenger head rest has started to rattle in my Sportback.

Anyone else had this or know of a fix (apart from taking it out and putting it in the boot!)

that's weird, there's not much weight there. Try taking it out, rubbing a very little oil along the metal rods and putting it back

For what it's worth, I get the same thing of the passenger Recaro on the S3.

I find that changing the height of the headrest cures it....
