Best spark plugs for S3

Hi all. Seeing as I have just done the Shark Stage 1 remap on the S3 I was going to change the spark plugs as they need changed. I normally change them every 6k miles so what are the best spark plugs to buy. Was thinking about NGK Iridium. Whats the census on plugs to use for mapped S3's. Cheers

i'm back to oem ones. just need to change them earlier.

There's a lot of nonsense talked about this topic.

Mine is running 2bar and Stg4 on.....

Stock plugs.

Change them every 5000 miles if you've had the car mapped.

I'm stage 1 running 325ps and use Audi RS2 plugs (Bosch) - they are side fire plugs which seem to last longer - they are a notch colder too.

OEM but change more often IMO!

I was speaking with Jim at star performance about getting my car mapped. We got onto the subject of spark plug issues an he told me that they replace the oem with the 1.8t 20v spark plugs, when mapping. Apparently have been doing so for quite some time without any issue. seemed a bit strange to me, but couldn't say I know enough about the issue to say if it was a good idea or not.
