2004 54 sline bumper upgrade

After searching many posts I'm still a little confused as there are alot of mixed answers. I have a 2004 54 sline and want to put the newer 2005-2008 sline bumper on
do I need a new bonnet are not also are the fogs and surrounds the same also the light washers???
i now this has been posted many times but still don't sem to get definite answers!!!
any part numbers for what I need would be great cheers
 
Hi mate yeah you would need new bonnet, fog grilles are different too, and actuall fog light shape is different so new fogs, not sure bout washers, I have an s line bumper with 8P2 with black front grille and fog grills if interested? Only thing is the there no washer jet holes
